Emily Lopez is a theatre artist from Keller, TX. She graduated with honors from Texas Christian University in May 2023 with a BFA in Theatre and a Minor in Arts Administration. Emily is local in New York City and in the DFW Metroplex, and is currently living in Manhattan!

One Piece

Emily recently guest starred in a few episodes of Crunchyroll's One Piece directed by Emily Furtado. She voiced "The Butterfly Gifter", a zany villain who nearly blew up Luffy's ship!

Senior Showcase

Emily traveled to New York with her senior class to network, attend workshops, and gain real-world experience navigating the New York Market. While in NYC, she was even invited to perform at 54 Below!

The Mystery of Edwin Drood

Emily was the Assistant Director under Dr. Harry Parker for The Mystery of Edwin Drood at Texas Christian University. Dr. Parker contracted COVID on opening night, leaving Emily responsible for the cast, crew, and several emergencies that followed!

How the Other Half Loves

Emily served as the Director for Theatre TCU's production of How the Other Half Loves by Alan Ayckbourn. The production was entirely student-directed and designed. The production ran from November 10th-13th, 2022.
